RE:LAB is looking for a Technical Leader to support and guide the activities of our Artificial Intelligence team within the R&D area. This role blends technical expertise, team coordination, and a strong curiosity for emerging technologies. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in software development and a genuine interest in innovation, who can help shape the direction of our AI-driven projects and foster a collaborative and exploratory environment. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to both the strategic and operational aspects of our work on topics such as machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, and beyond. - Lead and support the AI team in planning, development, and delivery of projects
- Explore and assess emerging technologies, from LLMs to generative models
- Turn research ideas into concrete solutions, demos, and prototypes
- Coordinate activities and timelines in collaboration with R&D and other departments
- Be a reference point for the team on technical decisions and methodologies
- Contribute to shaping the innovation roadmap of RE:LAB
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields (PhD is appreciated)
- Experience in software development, with exposure to AI/ML projects
- Previous experience in leading small technical teams or mentoring peers
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and an open mindset toward experimentation
- Interest in the impact of emerging technologies on people, interfaces, and experiences
