We are looking for an intern for the area of Departments and Research Centers Offices.The intern will join one of the following teams:1) One of our Department OfficesThe intern may be involved in the following activities:• Support in defining lessons and exam schedules and managing variations• Supporting the management of teaching materials (collecting and disclosing course profiles, syllabi and teaching materials)• Supporting the administration of exams (definition of the Examination Board, organization of exams, communication and recording of grades, archive of exam papers)• Support in the administration of the research funds assigned to the Faculty members• Support in the organization of events, seminars, workshops• Support in monitoring and updating the Department's websites.• Support in the coordination of the Deparment Offices.2) Research Events OfficeThe intern may be involved in the following activities:• Support in the organization of scientific events (meetings, seminars, webinars, conferences), including liaising with speakers and suppliers, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, booking venues, setting up on-line webinars, arranging catering, and managing event logistics, in cooperation with other services of the University and complying with Bocconi policies • Support in the cross-operational development of the activities related to the Research Centers: communication (website, call and correspondence) and support to the Head of the Research Center (budget, reports, etc);• Support in the management and financial reporting of research projects, ensuring compliance with the requirements of national and international funders;• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, involved in the scientific activity of the Research Centers.Requirements:• Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path• Fluent in English and Italian• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaborative tools and software for videoconferencing• Project management skills are considered a plus• Curious to know how a higher education institution operates Data inizio prevista: 28/07/2024Categoria Professionale: Servizi ProfessionaliCittà : Milano (Milano)Disponibilità oraria: Full TimeI candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679).ATTENZIONE: Abbiamo rilevato la presenza in rete di molti annunci falsi; prendi visione dei nostri consigli per riconoscere i tentativi di truffa sulla pagina dedicata al phishing su adecco.it.
