The Regional Application Manager Europe will be responsible for managing the implementation of the new ERP platform in Europe, with a first focus on the financial module. He/She will be actively involved in all aspects of ERP projects and IT software evolutions, from design to testing, supporting the implementation and ensuring optimal user adoption of ERP applications.

KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS

• Manage the implementation of new ERP platform in Europe initially focus on finance
• Analyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy in translating business process in IT solution;
• Participate actively in new ERP project and IT SW evolutions (design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live)
• Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvements
• Coordination and collaboration with internal resource and External Consultants.
• Define and organize the user training and ensure an optimal adoption of the ERP applications
• Manage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems
• Manage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test books
