At TLG, we’re looking for a Student Services Manager to join us in a permanent capacity. This role is based in London, and will include managing a team in London, Nottingham and Birmingham.

The Student Services Manager will be engaged in leading a team based in London, Nottingham and Birmingham and is front-facing customer service and administrative tasks. The role holder will have excellent customer service to enhance the experience for all students as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities in the role are:

ü This is the first and last point of contact for all students studying at TLG and be responsible for the provision of day-to-day enquiry handling and offer advice and support at the front desk.

ü The role holder will work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and manage the student support officers as a team to provide basic advice and referral to students.

ü The Student and Academic Support Team, ultimately acts as a focal point to provide students with support, guidance, information, and impartial, confidential advice. This role is a part of TLG HE administration, which reports into the Operations Manager.
