For a 5 Stars Luxury Resort in Venice, we are looking for an Event Manager, who will play a key role in organizing memorable events and experiences for guests.
- Plan, organize events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver excellent-quality services.
- Conduct site inspections and showcase the hotel's event spaces to potential clients.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective event management and client relationship building.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury hotel event management roles.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Location: the position is based in Venice. Employment type: full time, permanent contract. Compensation: € 32.000 - € 40.000.
