About Our Client:
For a well-established Italian company specialized in the cosmetics sector, we are looking for a Senior International Business Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and competitors and developing strategic plans accordingly to penetrate target markets (in particular France, the United Kingdom and the United States of America);
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities abroad to drive international market expansion;
- Negotiating deals with new customers and maintaining relationships with them;
- Representing the company at international trade fairs to network with potential clients.
Key Skills:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the make-up or cosmetics industry;
- Strong knowledge of the cosmetics market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements;
- Experience in successfully expanding business abroad and managing relationships with international customers;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Complementary Skills:
- Experience in business development in the USA;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages such as French;
- Strategic thinking and proactivity.
Location: Milan, with the possibility of full remote work.
