Founded in 2011 in Vicenza, Passione Beauty S.p.A. (hereinafter also “Passione Beauty”) is the first Italian 100% digitally native nailcare brand selling products through a proprietary e-commerce channel. Our objective is to make nailcare accessible to a larger share of clients by balancing product quality, affordability, and market capillarity through our proprietary sale channel.

The Product Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the development, launch, and management of beauty products within our company's portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, cross-functional teams, and external partners, you will contribute to the success of our beauty products by helping in product planning, market research, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and industry trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to develop new beauty products from concept to launch according with the timeline.
• Defining product features, and benefits based on consumer insights and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in the R&D and QC process to ensure that beauty products meet regulatory and quality control specifications.
• Managing the product P&L ensuring the GM%.

MARKET RESEARCH:

• Conduct market research to identify beauty trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities and new opportunities;
• Analyse data to make informed recommendations on product development and positioning.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, communicationand manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
• Communicate product updates, status, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree in Economics
• At least 2 years experience as Product Manager
• Experience in product development in the beauty category is a plus.
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Entrepreneurship and innovation attitude, exceptional commitment to teamwork
• Analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Office excellent knowledge (power point, excel,…)
• Team worker but also autonomous and proactive
• Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time and of effectively managing stress and deadlines
• Flexibility and availability in terms of time
• Fluent English
