Key Responsibilities

• VAT settlement
• Managing withholding taxes and payments
• Account reconciliations
• Cash flow management
• Intrastat
• Managing the tax drawer
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Assisting the accountant with Lipe, annual VAT return, 770, taxes, and all necessary obligations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or preferred economic disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in Administrative or Accounting roles
• Background in financial leasing or rental sector is a plus
• Previous experience in accounting firms is a plus
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a networked organization
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks
• Data/content-driven arguments
• Fluent in English and Italian
• A second foreign language (Spanish, French, or German) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of ERP systems
