Adecco Consultant Milano City is looking for a Senior Assistant on behalf of a leading company specialized in integrated engineering projects focused on advanced technologies facilities.Duties and Responsibilities:- General Administration tasks to support the wider Project Teams such as:o Manage meeting room bookings and setting up conference calls as requiredo General office duties.o Provide cover / support as required when other Team Assistants / Administrators are offo Mobility expert able to support the wider Project Teams resource exchanges between the Countries.o Being the point of contact for internal mobility process (with Country specific HRs and mobility team)o Involving external immigration specialist when necessary- Provide administrative support to the teamo Help management with fleet, apartments, and teams' benefit assignment, Help with house sourcing.o Managing team rotations- Support senior manager.o Preparing PowerPoint presentations / updating and taking meeting minuteso Organise external and internal meetings as directed by the teamo Preparing and forwarding correspondence with authoritieso Translations Italian/English i.e. conversations, meeting minutes, etc.o At organising exhibitions by supporting in all organizational aspects (guest list, stand creation, advertising etc)- Meet and greet visitors arriving for meetings when on site and ensure registration of visitors Skills and Abilities ? English & Italian at C1 level, plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills? Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in an unstructured environment.? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel ? Previous experience at working in multicultural teams. Highly Desirable (but not essential)? Driving License & own transport?
