Adecco Consultants research for a highly reknown General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure ofProject AssistantResponsibilities:• To provide administrative support to the team• To help management with fleet, apartments, and teams' benefit assignment• To attend regularly / daily team meetings – tasks involved in this include• Preparing PowerPoint presentations / updating as required in readiness for each meeting and distributing accordingly• Daily use of the company's Document Management System (SharePoint system) – becoming an expert in its use and a go to point for any assistance the team requires.• Working with PowerPoint, Word and Excel Documents as required by team• Compiling regular reports and distributing as required.• Providing support to others in the use of the above MS packages if needed.• Liaising with subcontractors and other disciplines involved in the project as requested by the team lead / manager • Meet and greet visitors arriving for meetings.
